As our wigs are made from human hair, each piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture and density are natural and should be expected.

Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order takes place once your order has been dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund where appropriate.
Prices
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without notice, however any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify's approved payment providers.
Your Hair Edit does not store your payment card details.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Due to the nature of human hair wigs and hygiene considerations, certain products may not be eligible for return once worn or altered unless faulty.

Damage resulting from incorrect care, colouring, excessive heat styling or chemical treatment is not covered under our returns policy.
